Ghostty looks up themes in ~/.config/ghostty/themes/ by default,
so to avoid breakage you can manually install the color schemes:
mkdir -p ~/.config/ghostty/themes/
wget -O- ${_iterm2_color_schemes_uri} | tar xz -C ~/.config/ghostty/themes/ --strip-components=1
