Several changes have been made for daemons:
  To comply with common practices for this package,
  config paths by default has been changed as below:
    /etc/kea/kea-dhcp4.conf
    /etc/kea/kea-dhcp6.conf
    /etc/kea/kea-dhcp-ddns.conf
    /etc/kea/kea-ctrl-agent.conf
  Daemons are launched by default with the unprivileged user 'dhcp'
Please check your configuration!
If using openrc;
  There are now separate conf.d scripts and associated init.d per daemon!
    Each Daemon needs to be launched separately, i.e. the daemons are
      kea-dhcp4
      kea-dhcp6
      kea-dhcp-ddns
      kea-ctrl
Please adjust your service startups appropriately
