plasmashell and other KDE Plasma components are known to misbehave
when built with llvm-runtimes/libcxx, e.g. crashing when right-clicking
on a panel. See bug #923292.

A possible (no warranty!) workaround is building llvm-runtimes/libcxx and
llvm-runtimes/libcxxabi with the following in package.env:
 MYCMAKEARGS=\
You may then need to rebuild dev-qt/* and kde-*/*.
KF5 and Qt5 support was removed in Gentoo. Such applications will exhibit
various integration bugs and generally look out of place in Plasma 6.
This warning message is being displayed because dev-qt/qtgui:5 is
currently installed which indicates the use of such applications.
